Error running UFT via Controller

We are currently using LoadRunner 12.02.
We are receiving the following Error: "HP Unified Functional Testing was launched without permission to interact with the desktop" when running the UFT script from the controller." The LG box has UFT installed and the script runs by itself without any issues. We are licensed for GUI licenses as well and we have insured that the option in UFT "Allow other HP Products" is selected. Any help would be great.

Our team experienced the same issue. I would recommend verifying the following:

1. Run the LoadRunner Agent as a process

2. On the LoadRunner LG machine, Select Start > All Programs > HP Software > HP
LoadRunner > Tools > Agent Runtime Settings Configuration.

3. Select ''Manual log in to this machine'' and select ''OK''

4. Make sure your manually logged into this machine

5. Run your scenario
