Error with connectivity and User info in UFT14.0 and ALM 12.,60?

HI,
We are having an issue after our upgrade where we are seeing connectivity errors and getting responses from the system such as "User is not associated with any projects, Please associate the user with a project and try again." even though the user is within several projects and we have verified this within Site admin and the various projects attempted to acmes through UFT..

We have only noticed this since out upgrade to ALM 12.60.

Is there a resolution to this issue?

Hi HomerJ,
According to the product matrix for UFT 14 patch 3 is necessary to have compliance with ALM12.60. I would suggest that the issues you are receiving are related to that variance and the application of patch 3 would alleviate the issue. I have seen similar in the past and the application of patch 3 resolved these issues.

We tested patch 3 on a users system and as you correctly assumed the issues were resolved. Thanks for the correct and quick response, Dan
