Excel Add-ins not working correctly in ALM after update?

Hello,
I ma having issues where I had the Excel add-ins installed (correct version) and the VBA macros accepted under the Security settings of Excel. For some reason, all of the sudden they stopped working. We updated the patch version, but that is all that happened, and now my reports are not working correclty. What could be the issue?

Hello HomerJ,
What might have happened is that the client became unregistered. Lots of the reports that use VBA processing are also using the OTA and other DLLs that need to be registered on the client in order to run correctly, I would try to run the client registration from within the Add-ins or Tools menu ( depends on the version which it is displayed as ) and see if that fixes your issue. If not, then you will need to uninstall the client, reinstall the client, and then re-run the registration to see if that resolves your issue.
