Please provide the following information to help me resolve the issue.

1) What is the version and patch level of Quality Center you are using. http://:/qcbin/About.htm

2) Is there an error message associated with the Excel Test Export issue? If so please send me a screenshot of the error.

3) Have you referenced the Read Me document for the Excel Add-In? Chapter 2 - Formatting Tests Section - Page 17
QCv9.2-

4) When selecting rows to export to Quality Center, are you selecting only the rows with data and NOT the header row?

5) Are you providing values for all the required test fields?

Thanks, I was not selecting the rows of data. I guess, I just needed another set of eyes.

No Problem, Happy to be that extra set of eyes. I might need some bifocals as of late :)

We have the same issue. This is occurring for users on Windows7 or with users that don't have admin rights to their Office products. If you right click on your Excel icon or from Start programs. Then select properties, then select the compatibility tab, then select ''Run this program as an administrator''. Close down excel and try again.

If you are on Windows 7 and QC 10, you need to have patch 16 installed on the server and clients otherwise it won't work.
