Facing issues while recording script in VuGen tool using chrome

We are currently using Performance Center 12.20,OS is Windows 10, and the Browser is Chrome version 68. We are using the web protocol. HP VUGEN is resetting the script creation window to empty during the recording and doesn’t capture anything. We used latest chrome browser but it gives empty script while capturing. Any input would be great.

Windows 10 is not supported for Performance Center 12.20/VuGen 12.02. You will need to upgrade Performance Center or change to a supported windows operating systems. Micro Focus states the following are supported Operating Systems: *Microsoft Windows 7 (SP1) 32 and 64-bit Marked as spam

Please notes Windows 10 is supported for performance Center(PC) / LoadRunner(LR) 12.53, 12.55, 12.56-57 and 12.60 Highly recommend upgrading to PC or LR 12.60 Marked as spam
