We have ALM and JIRA Bugs synchronized using HP ALM Synchronizer tool. After partial bug synchronization, I see below error:

ERROR (IncSync.Create.From2To1.Source-36723) Create: Fatal exception caught,operation terminated. Cause: fetchData: fatal error Unable to fetch an issue ‘36723’. Reason: Failed : HTTP error code : 500 ‘Internal Server Error’ with message: {"errorMessages":["Internal server error"],"errors":{}}

After this, the operation is terminated. I have deleted the link and recreated it but still facing same issue. Can anyone please suggest what is required to fix this issue?
