For ALM v12.01, is this Patch 1 or Service Pack 1?

We are waiting to upgrade to v12 until the first Service Pack is available.
Is 12.01 v12 Patch 1 or v12 Service Pack 1?

v12.01 is version 12 Patch 1.

The first service pack is expected sometime near the end of 2014 or early 2015.
