Frequently Freezing (not responding) instances of LR VuGen

We are using LR 12.50 with Windows 7 64 bit OS. Our scripts are using the Web HTML / HTTP protocol. We are facing the issue of LR VUgen becoming non responsive as soon as the run button is pressed. while all other programs are running fine. Verified that there are no Memory or CPU utilization issues. In addition, we have checked with our security team to ensure that there were no security changes in our environment.

There are many factors that could cause this issue. Please check the following:

* Try restarting VuGen with the antivirus not running
* Ensure that the Script is not being saved across the network
* Close any unnecessary programs that are running
* Check if the anti-virus is set to scan every file when saving
* If other users are accessing this machine during the replay of the script
