Getting a strange issue since applying patch 2 in ALM 12.21?

Hi,
We are getting the issue in ALM 12.21 patch 2 that has only come about since the application of patch 2. When the client goes to load we are getting the system requesting to accept and install the various .cab files. This seems to be an ongoing and never ending string of acceptance. Is this normal as we have never encountered this before.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi HomerJ,
I have seen this before where some security settings on IE have changed (either by the individual user or by the IT department. In each situation, IE presented and option selection where you could select the ''Accept all and install all from 'HP Software' '' option available. By selecting this option, the installation would then continue and install as was normally accepted.

See if this works for your situation,
