Getting Handshake failure when connecting ConnectAll 2.8.3 to Jira cloud instance

We are using Connect All 2.8.3 and we are recently running into an issue where our connect all will not connect to our Jira cloud instance, we are getting this error:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

You are using an old version of ConnectAll, recently Jira cloud ''pulled the plug'' on TLS 1.0 and now Jira cloud only supports TLS 1.2. To support TLS 1.2 I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of connectall. If that is not possible as a work around you could change the JAVA_OPTS to use TLSv1.2 on both tomcat and mule.
