Having a memo field appear in the same location in ALM?

We have recently added a memo field to our requirements section. What we have found though is that when viewing the memo in the requirement view within the tree it appears next to the description field, but when the requirement is opened for viewing the new field appears next to the details field in the upper tabs and not down next to the description field where it did in the prior window.

We would like to customize the location so it appears the same in both views for the users to be easier to locate the new field. Is this possible and how would we go about it?

HI HomerJ,
I have discussed this same issue with HP in the past and currently this is a design limitation of the software and how it displays these fields. With the available customization for workflow they were not able to relocate that custom field to the location you desired. Although they are constantly reviewing changes and additions and it may be possible in future release, this is currently a design limitation.

User-defined memo fields always show up on their own page/tab.
