Within the style sheets there are ways to edit the fields included but I could only find the references to the defect as that seems to be the only one that is customizable and has been changed (although they all seem to have basically the same information contained within them). I did find several QCCRs (such as the following: QCCR1J95957) that are known issues with the wrong IDs being shown in the subject line for the emails and that is something that isn't editable. You can add extra information to the contained information within the emails by using the edit email icon within the details section after you have selected the details section. This allows you to add specifics to the email prior to sending. The above edits of the style sheets (they are contained in the repository folder in the sa folder then within the DOMSINFO but the only documentation within the help files is regarding the defect emails. As with all of this sparsely documented functionality, it is use at your own risk and isn't supported by the developers so it is suggested to make a backup copy of the style sheet prior to any attempts to edit them.
