How can you automatically send email from ALM 11 when a comment is added to a defect?

Hey guys, as the title says, I just want to be able to send emails to the assignee of a defect when a comment is added so that communication can be kept entirely within ALM, tracked, audited, etc.

First you would need to have automail turned on for that particular project in site admin. This is also assuming that you have your mail server setup in the Site Configuration Parameters.

If you are a project admin, log into the QC project then click Tools -> Customize, then select Automail. Add Comments to the ''Selected Defect Fields'' Section, then click the checkbox next to the ''Assigned To'' user under the To section and make sure that the filter is clear under Assigned To by clicking the clear filter button.
