The dashboard in QC 10 is real time, however, there is no 'Kiosk' mode as in previous versions. What I mean is that unlike previous version, the v10 dashboard reports directly on the project data, not on a separate agreggate database. So, every time you view a dashboard page, it processes data. The data is up-to-date in real time (at the time you view the data). However, if you are displaying a dashboard page, it will not refresh the data until you click the ''Generate all graphs on page'' button.

Since the workflow is all client event driven there is no way to have the client refresh on a time interval.
