How do I migrate the site admin schema in QC/ALM v11 from Oracle to SQL Server?

I am attempting to upgrade QC/ALM from v11.52 to v 12.20. However before that I wish to migrate the database server from Oracle to SQL server. The problem is that it seems pretty simple to do this with the projects schema but I can’t find out how to do this with the site admin schema. The answer in this question (http://eyeontesting.com/questions/8158/how-do-you-migrate-almqc-from-oracle-project-datab.html) said there was no easy way to do it. Is this true? If so does anyone have any not easy ideas on how to do it? Thanks
