How to avoid the red text in the Add-in Manager when launching UFT?

When I launch UFT, the Add-in Manager comes up and it has red text stating "For Optimal performance and object identification reliability, select only the add-ins you need." Is there some guidelines on how to avoid this issue?

Micro Focus recommends loading only 3 add-ins per test, and only those required for the technology in the AUT. Some add-ins have been known to conflict with others, so be sure you know what technology needs which Add-in. Reference the add-in guide for specific details.
