How to check in remote commuter license

One of our users was going to check out a QTP commuter license, but accidentally checked out a remote commuter license instead. I’m not really sure what the difference is, but we can’t get it to check back in. Anyone know how to do it?

According to HP KM1383092, the primary difference between a Commuter license and a Remote Commuter license is the Remote Commuter License

> Have in mind All aspects/details of ''Commuter'' license, EXCEPT this license cannot be check-in or returned at will. This means that license will become available on License server after the X amount of days, indicated during check-out process.

Also, KM00564175 says,

> A remote commuter license cannot be checked in to the concurrent license server. The license simply expires on the remote computer and is automatically ''checked in'' to the license server at that point. After reconnecting the remote machine to the network, it is necessary to change the license type from seat to concurrent.

So unfortunately you cannot check back in the Remote Commuter License.

Oh no, he checked it out for 60 days! I guess we're stuck.
