How to install AutoPAss license server license if my Autopass license server is in RHEL 6.x?

Hi,
I installed Autopass license server 10.5.1 in REHEL v6.

Im in a process to install its License bought from Micro Focus.

So, I launch the Autopass license server URL, https://:5814/autopass. RL launches just fine, I can log into the page. I’m in LICENSE MANAGEMENT > INSTALL LICENSE tab, I browse ".bat" license file > clicked Next.
Now, it won’t let me select the license. So I cannot install it via URL launched in my PC.

I do not think I would have to install license (.bat file) in APLS installed server. But url launched in my PC wont let me install it. Is UI not happy with me?

Thanks

It looks like maybe the license file has been incorrectly generated, eg. locked to an incorrect ip address. The license must be generated to match the fixed ip address of the license server, so it should be generated accordingly. You have a couple of options. Either change the fixed ip address of the license server to match the license file generated, or rehost the license on the Micro Focus site using the proper ip address of the license server machine.

I reached out to MF and they generated a new license key with APLS IP address. But, per them they recommend me to use APLS v 9.3.4 since Im using RHEL server for APLS installation.

APLS 10.5.1 has an issue if we are installing APLS in RHEL.

So, now I need to uninstall APLS 10.5.1 from RHEL. I do not find a good documentation about un-installation of APLS from RHEL server.
Would you please suggest how to uninstall APLS 10.5.1?

Finally found a solution to uninstall APLS from Linux server. Below info is based on APLS user guide 9.3

Console Uninstallation To perform console uninstallation, do the following: In the Commandline tool, enter the directory path to the HPAutoPassLicenseServer folder found in the installation directory, as seen in the example below: ''/HPAutopassLicenseServer>'' Enter the command ''./ChangeHPAutopassLicenseServer-iconsole'' and press Enter The License Server is uninstalled.

If the Linux box has the UI enabled: Enter the command ''./Change HP Autopass License Server'' and follow the instructions provided by the wizard.
