This is documented on page 485 of the Administration Guide for ALM 12.55.
Basically, you go to the Customization Module of ALM and the Workflow section.
From there, you run the Add Defect Field Customization script.
From there, you move the desired invisible fields from Visible fields to Available fields (right to left)
