How to run UFT Additional Install Reqs in Windows 8?

I can’t find how to run the UFT 12.01 Additional Installation Requirements tool in Windows 8. Does anyone know how?

Private answer
Open a Window's Explorer and navigate to bin and find the UFTInstallReqs.exe file. Right click on it and choose Run As Administrator (you can also choose Pin to Start. Just remember to use it from there, right click it and pick Run as Administrator at the bottom). Once it is running on the desktop, right click it's icon in the taskbar and you can pin it to the taskbar for easy access. Windows Server 2012 works the same way. Marked as spam
