How to track per project license usage in ALM?

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to customize the Site Analysis within site admin to display the license usage over the selected period for a per project listing. We would like to be able to see the project breakdown of license usage over the designated time period. We are just starting with this product and not familiar with the Site Analysis capabilities as designed for the out of the box product as we are not able to customize at this time.

Is what we are desiring possible as we haven’t found a way to do so and there is nothing in any of the manuals we have seen that address this issue??

Hi HomerJ,
Unfortunately as you have discovered correctly this type of reporting within the Site Analysis is not possible with the current design parameters. In order to be able to generate such type of report you would need to have your DBA or an Analyst with the proper credentials to access the DB for ALM to create such report using SQL commands that would need to join the searches for the logins and access information for each project in order to generate such a report. The capability of Site Analysis is not designed in such a way as to allow the breakdown by individual project.
