HP ALM 11- What are the steps to move DB from current host to a new host

Hi All,
Our DBA is moving our HP ALM 11 DB (oracle) from current host to a new host. Can someone please advise what are the steps we need to take? Our QC version is 11 patch level 19.

Hi there,
We already upgraded to version 12.21 and keeping version 11 as a reference only at this moment.
DBA team is moving our DB to a new host ( there are some issue with current host I think), app server will remain the same.
