HP LoadRunner SAPGUI monitor Not populating with data

we are working on the LoadRunner 9.52 SAPGUI configuration. We have done the following configuration settings in the Load Controller.

  1. Load Controller -> Add Measurements->Add Machine -> Server physical name added

  2. In Add Resource Measurement -> SAP Logon window -> Login, Password, Server Name and Client # added.

  3. The required counters has been added.
    Issue:

The graph is empty and it is not pulling any data from the server. the connection appear to be working but the data is missing

Am I Missing anything else? Appreciated if you could provide me any details.

According a source at SAP Partner Global Support,

The LoadRunner Monitor SAPGUI in the ''ERP/CRM Server Resource Graphs'' does not work for SAP users who are using the newest SAPGUI client 7.20. The SAPGUI Monitor does work , but only with the SAPGUI for Windows 6.20 client as outline in the ''HP LoadRunner Online Monitor v9.51''.

''SAPGUI monitor supports SAP server versions 3.1 to 4.6''
