Import of Fiddler SAZ to VuGen fails

We are currently using LoadRunner Enterprise 12.63 with Windows 10. When I try to import a Fiddler SAZ file from a capture, I receive a dialog in VuGen that states: “HP.LR.SazParser.exe – Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point SSL_CTX_set_ciphersuites could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\Virtual User Generator\api_openssl_proxy.dll. Virtual User Generator version is 12.63.323.0.” Has anyone seen this error and any thoughts on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

This is a known issue and Micro Focus has a hot fix for this issue. This issue is mentioned from the KM article referenced below: You will need to reach out to Micro Focus for the hot fix. Hope this helps. Marked as spam
