Installing of Load Runner 9.5 hangs

I am having problem while installing Load Runner 9.5, the installation hangs at "Registering Modules" and never will progress.
I also tried installing with anti virus disabled but it dint solve my problem. Can anyone tell me what is the solution?

The Mostly likely reasons

1. You are not a local admin with full permissions on the machine
2. Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is Not disabled on the machine
3. The Windows Firewall is on and blocking the install
4. anti-virus and anti mal-ware software is not fully disabled
