Is the ALM 12.55 Patch 5 installer a Patch or a Full Install?

If one were to install ALM 12.55 on a new server, is the ALM 12.55 patch 5 install a full installation and not just a patch? I apologize for asking the question here but the release notes are not listing this information but rather, tend to mention ALM 12.2.

Yes, it is a full install OR a patch, depending on what version it finds already there or if NO version s installed. HPE and MicroFocus have been making these Full/Patch installers for many years (12.x - 15.x). Marked as spam
