I built a utility using the SAClientApi and the OTA COM Api that will give you a view of the information you seek. I will share this utility with you. However, it comes **as-is** and with **no Warranty**..**I am not responsible**..**.you should only use it in a test environment**, etc.

It simply lists all the Users for all the Domains/Porjects with their corresponding role(s) in said project(s). It requires that the SiteAdministrator and QC client be registered on the machine where it is running. It also requires MS Excel. The SiteAdministrator user that is used to login will automatically be added to all the projects as a Viewer by the utility. My Utility:[ALM Get UsersRolesAllProjects.zip][1]

Good Luck...

You can take the results and Pivot on it to get the exact data that you are after. If you are really ambitious, you could build the Pivot in the utility as well, but I didn't go that far with it.

@Captain Mercury, Thanks for your input. I would have to play around with your macro since I have HP ALM V11, sadly.

@Captain Mercury, utility hung while authenticating.

Try taking the front slash at the end of the qcurl off, just end it with qcbin

Yep, I am doing the same. And its delayed while authenticating and eventually failing to Add user. This is my url: http://testqc.team.com/qcbin After long wait it throws error like below. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/844-utility-error.png

Alt-F11 debug the code to figure out why in the authentication step it is not connecting to SAClient. You are using a user and password that is you can also use to log directly into the Site Administrator, correct?

That is odd, I never deal with database names, just the project names. Is you version 11.0, what patch?

Try this version. I just tested it with QC 11.0 patch 19 and Excel 2007. : [11.0 tested version][1] Make sure you have done the HP ALM Client Registration from the Add-ins Page on both the ALM Client as well as the Site Administrator client. @miraclefren2 I am not sure what's going on on your machine. I have several machines here that work, and I have given the utility to several co-workers, and they all had no trouble getting it to work. I wish I could help. Double-check to make sure the project has no missing references on your machine. In the VB Editor goto tools>references. Look at all the items that are checked very carefully, see if any say MISSING next to them. Another thought I had....are you using LDAP authentication?....I haven't tested that, I only use QC authentication to login to QC.
