Is there a way to view the system information of a defect outside of ALM

When I create a defect there is an attachment for system info that attaches to the ticket is there any way to view this file outside of ALM?

GoDawgs, Yes, when you are viewing the System Information, click on the ''Save As Text'' button which will then bring up a Dialog box allowing you to decide where in your file system to download the information. The default would be: I hope this helps. Marked as spam
