issue between ALM and UFT at runtime for refeshing web page

The UFT Browser Helper Object is required for this step. Make sure BHOManager Class add-on is enabled in Internet Explorer.
Line (54): "Browser("name:=.*Performance Edition").Refresh()".
the above is the error message being throw in alm.
the line of code works fine in uft 11.5 and uft 12.2 but when I run from alm this Browser("name:=.*Performance Edition").Refresh()". throws a runtime error. Brower is ie11
i have ran repair the alm add in for uft. I have tried uninstall and reinstall bhomanager. dll. nothing works. this is not blocking 300 regression scripts .
also note I have tried this on 4 different vms and 3 towers. I have also had this tested on a co workers machine. same error. this used to work previously.

This is a permissions issue. You will need to make sure the affected UFT client machine has the minimum permissions for working with ALM:

Yes! Dropping UAC made it work again, so we restructured our custom UAC policy to include the above permissions.
