License error when enabling BPT on ALM template

I have a question regarding the use of templates in ALM 11.52. We're using the templates in ALM for creating new projects. In the template we turn off BPT (Business Components) by default, however there are some projects that will require it. If we enable the template to use BPT (Business Components) then those projects that have licenses will work fine… however, those without allocated licenses will throw license errors every time they launch ALM.

It's been suggested that we need to create additional templates for any changes like this. Is it possible to suppress the BPT license error messages so that those projects that have licenses can work, and those that don't at least won't receive a pop-up error message every time ALM is used?

Hello LoveALM,

I would create a user Group that has access to the components section in ALM and then all other user groups should not have access. This should suppress the error message.
