License error when logging into ALM for one user

As title suggests, one user is getting an unavailable license error upon attempt to login to a project. User can login to the other project they have access to. Site connections show over 30 free licenses or more when this one user gets this error. Not sure how to correct then for this user. Hello, As you have stated the issue is for one user and seems just for one project, instead of going about removing user from site admin completely, suggest you instead just remove the user from the one project. Removing and adding back will recreate the user table within the project for this one specific user. This should likely correct then since issue is one user, one project, and you have spare licenses. Just would seem to be an issue with the user table for that one project. Marked as spam
