License type Additional Defects assigned more licenses than 22 that available on site

My company recently renewed our support with Micro Focus and received a new license due to some changes that we made. The file was uploaded successfully but we now see a message when going to the Licenses tab in Site Admin that says “License type Additional Defects assigned more licenses than 22 that available on site”. Please explain how to resolve this. Thanks.

It looks like you have reduced the number of Additional Defect licenses that you have under support. When you removed that old licenses and installed the new one, you now have more additional defects assigned to domains/projects than you have licenses. To fix this you will need to open the Site Admin -> License tab -> License Assignments tab and correct the number of additional defects that you have assigned to match your current license totals.
