Long delay in AutoPass URL loading after upgrade?

Right after we migrated and updated our AutoPass verstion from 9.3.4 to 11.5.0, we noticed it takes considerably longer for the AutoPass URL to load. Is this normal?

Yes, especially if you have a lot of license usage data spanning licenses and years, AutoPass needs to update the data store and thus the first few times loading the AutoPass URL can take longer until the data store is complete. Once done, the AutoPass URL should load normally.
