Hello. I am receiving a Microsoft .NET Framework error when I try to access ALM. The message states that an unhandled exception has occurred in the application. If I click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If I click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Hi. It's very possible that your .NET framework has somehow become corrupt. I would like for you to try reparing your .NET framework. This can be performed in 'Programs and Features' within Control Panel. Locate and highlight the .NET framework displayed in the list, right-click and select Uninstall/Change. In the .NET Framework window that displays, select 'Repair .NET Framework to its original state'. After the repair process has completed, restart your ALM client machine and see if you are able to access ALM.
