More frequent Defect (DB) locks under ALM 11.0?

Since we’ve upgraded to ALM 11.0 Patch 6, I’ve noticed that users are reporting that a defect that they are working on is locked and they can’t edit it. It’s easy enough to correct, but am noticing this happening more frequently since the upgrade to 11.0, I know some of it is user error, but it just seems to be a little higher than normal user error. Has this been pointed out before or is there something I’m missing in the configuration?

I don't have any resolutions for you, but I wanted to comment to say I have definitely noticed this as well. It's happening in all areas of QC/QTP as well. I see this very frequently in actions and function libraries (at least once a week), but that's also where I spend the majority of my time. I used to see it in actions in previous versions, maybe once every month or so, but never saw it in a function library before ALM11. Marked as spam
