My login to project on my work station is not functioning as others.

We recently upgraded to ALM 12.55 but I am still on 11.0 and when I connect to a project I cannot function as the others in my group. The problem is that whenever I submit a new defect, ALM hangs and the task must be killed through Task Manager.

GoDawgs, We have found that most often this issue is with your Groups and Permissions. Please add your login to one of the standard groups ( Admin, QATester, etc ) and remove it from any other groups and see if you experience the same issue. In your case, if you are only adding defects, QATester should work. Marked as spam
