We are currently using LoadRunner Enterprise 2020 SP3.  When I try to execute a load test, an error occurs when trying to initializing the run.  The specific error is “Input string was not in a correct format”.  Has anyone ever seen this error?  Any help would be great.

This error typically indicates that there are not enough available hosts.

This can be verified by checking the log file and search for the error message, which can be located in the following path:

%Root Drive%:Program Files (x86)HPPerformance Center ServerorchidtmpLtloggerw3wplog.txt

Before you execute a load test, ensure that all host machines are in an operational and idle state.  Also, ensure that your test runs have the LG hosts assigned appropriately.  Not having the correct and available number of host machines assigned,  if any host(s) are not available, non-operational or already running will cause this error.

I hope this helps.
