Not getting reset password email for Autopass

I’ve somehow forgotten my admin password for Autopass and I can’t login. I’ve clicked the Reset password button and get a message that it’s been sent.

I never receive the reset email and can’t log in.

1. Access the machine where Autopass License Server software is installed and navigate to C:ProgramDataHPHP AutoPass License ServerAutoPassLicenseServerdataconf

2. Open config.xml file with your preferred text editor

3. Look for the XML elements below and configure them accordingly:

> entry key=''com.hp.autopass.mail.adminEmail''>
>
> entry key=''com.hp.autopass.mail.password''>
>
>
> entry key=''com.hp.autopass.mail.server''>
>
>
> entry key=''com.hp.autopass.mail.serverPort''>
>
>
> entry key=''com.hp.autopass.mail.userName''>

4. Save the config.xml file

5. Open Windows Services (Go to Start>Run, then type ''services.msc'' and press the enter key)

6. Look for the service: ''HP AutoPass License Server'' and restart it
