Only getting some defect change emails

Having an issue where I am not getting the proper defect status change emails. I see my user account is in the To list under Automail settings in Project Customization, but I am only getting some of the required defect changes and not all emails that other users are getting.

Is there a setting I am missing? Something in site admin maybe?

If you are getting some emails, then settings in site admin are fine and the mail protocol should be correct.

I would go back to the Project Customization and Automail setting for the project you are not getting all emails for.

Find your name again in the To list for senders of defect status emails. To the right of your user name should be the filter settings. Check the filter to see if you have anything in there that is limiting what you are seeing. Perhaps an Or statement or some field is being blocked by the filter setting.

There was a filter in place for my username, you were right. Removed and testing now, but that seems to have done the trick.
