First try the following:
* Open Record options, navigate to Network , Select Mapping and Filtering, Set Capture Level to WinINet Level Data and select Ok. See the uploaded document called WinInet. Try re-recording your script and upload the outcome to this case.
Second try the following:
If the above does not resolve the issue, verify if your application uses a Security certificate and if so HP recommends to do the following:
* If your application uses a security certificates please add to Vugen the certificates by setting the Capture Level to Socket Level Data and Selecting ''New Entry''. Then enter the Socket Service Fields ensuring and ensuring to select ''SSL'' in the Connection Type Field. Then select the appropriate SSL Version, SSL Cipher, check the appropriate certificate, and then Test SSL by selecting the ''Test SSL'' push button. If successful press the ''Update'' button. Once completed adding the Certificate, try to re-record your script.
