I'm trying to figure out which versions of ALM/QC support using AutoPass License Server to manage my licenses? When was it a technical preview, and is it officially supported at this point?

We're using UFT 14.x with AutoPass License Server. How can a license consumption be controlled if a user is idle but still holds a license?
