Hi, When I create a test case, I can't find an option for QTP in the "Type" selection where I can launch QTP from QC. Do I need to install extra components in order to enable this feature ?

We have QC v11 Patch 9. We have a group of users we are unable to add to the Viewers group. Looks like it works, but id really does not add the users to the group. Any input is would be much appreciated.

Our users are receiving the following error message when updating the Defect Status field: "You do not have the required permissions to execute this action." We are using QC v11 Patch 9. Please help. Any ideas?

I recently got a defect assigned to me in MQC 9.0. I select the option "Sent by E-mail to Assigned to" option. I got an Pop up saying Mail sent successfully. Is there any way u can see/track the mail that you have sent through MQC 9.0? Please help it is urgent.

Can both LDAP & QC Authentication be enabled at the same time? We users which are external to our Active Directory LDAP. We would like to give access. If they are not in LDAP they are unable to access QC - any workarounds?
