After patching our server, we have 2 users who cannot seem to access ALM. We tried the uninstall tool to do a wipe on bother users machines. One one IE just loads blank and is unresponsive. Would it matter if the new server is on a different (network) domain? My current QC server (QC11) is on domain A. I am starting to install new QC version (QC12) on a new server which is on different domain (Domain B).
