I'm trying to create a new API test in UFT 12.02 but UFT is saying, "This operation requires a Unified Functional Testing license. To obtain a license, contact your HP Sales representative."

We installed the seat license key for UFT 12.02 but getting license error. But if we open the UFT as an adminstrator we are able to open and see all the add-ins as licensed. Please rectify the issue at the earliest. Error: `This machine does not have a valid Unified Functional Testing license.`

My Automation testers are having intermittent issues attaching to our new license server to grab floating license for UFT. I've had Sys Admin review the machine and found no issues. I can't seem to find any problems when remoting into the machine which would be causing this
