I am having trouble importing my SiteScope 11 license. It imports sucessfully, but when I restart SiteScope service, it then tells me I don't have enough points. I am wondering how I might export a xls or csv file to Quality Center. Ideally I would like to upload it as an attachment to a folder within the test plan module.
