Even though our port (5814) is not blocked, and we can access the AutoPass License Server (APLS) dashboard from the browser, when we try to get a license from UFT we are getting the message "Autopass Server Not Available". Any ideas on how to fix?

We need to run our AutoPass License Server on HTTP, not HTTPS but when I change the URL it does not work. Does anyone know how to get it to work?

I can't seem to get my mail configuration for AutoPass License Server to work correctly. We are using a locally installed SMTP utility on port 3225. I can telnet and connect to this port and send sample email with no problem, however from APLS it will not send mail.

Windows 10 client used to be able to connect to our AutoPass license server to obtain a license, but it no longer can. The AutoPass license service is verified as still running, and other machines can still connect.

We are using the default AutoPass TCP port 5814 in our environment, but one of our clients is still having trouble connecting. How can I make certain that TCP port 5814 is totally open/unfiltered between the affected client machine and my license server?
