A new Report defect button on the main toolbar simplifies defect reporting. When you report a defect in this way, the defect is automatically linked to the entity from which it was reported. Where is this button? I cannot locate it anywhere. I have looked in all modules.

I was wondering if you can change the order of the Test IDs when a Tests with Design Steps Report is created. Currently it goes from the highest Test ID to lowest. GRAPH_RESULTS_LIFESPAN is set to 5 Minutes but Graphs are still getting updated after 60 Minutes. We've have several users who access reports from web. But the graphs are getting updated after 60 minutes though the requirement is for 5 minutes.
