We are on ALM 12.20, recently upgraded. Sprinter was used in the past, and is cycling back so we need to upgrade the version on a few machines. Bit confused upon seeing all new versions of Sprinter as to which would be the best choice for me then.

New Sprinter install, user gets error when they sign on to ALM via Sprinter. Message pop up reads: You do not have permissions to add or modify resources in HP ALM. Assume this is a permission but unsure which I would need to set.

We are upgrading our Sprinter versions on users' machines. Some machines did not have a prior version of Sprinter, but many do. Upgrading to version 12.53. On machines without a prior install, we can do the regular install setup from the EN folder. However this does not seem to work for machines...
