We are trying to run tests from ALM using UFT and Vapi when we try and run the tests we are getting the error in the remote runner "Access is Denied" what could be causing this?

I would like to add values to a custom field (aaa) when creating a defect. Say I have a defect field called aaa. In workflow, on the create new defect event, I would populate aaa with values (a,b,c,d) and then the field aaa, with the populated values would be displayed on the defect entry dialog.

Hello is there a way to create parent to child defect association. Let's say defect X is the parent and it has 6 associated linked defects is there a way that if defect X is closed all it's linked associated defects are also closed automatically ?
