Trying to limit the info sent for a defect from a project to only the defect number and Severity. No ther detail. Can it be done? Auto generated email for a defect can it be downgraded to remove most of the fields, say to remove sensitive info?

A couple of users are getting "HP-ALM CLient has stopped working" every time they click in the Requirements and Test Plan modules. They removed a field and changed another one. Other users are fine. The users can login on other workstations and do not get the errors.
